The first support brackets for the facade have been delivered, and the surveying work is already underway. There is also plenty of activity inside the building: the initial ventilation systems have been installed, condensate lines are being laid in the wet rooms, and cable pulling is progressing steadily. This marks the start of an exciting new phase on the construction site: bit by bit, the hotel is taking shape, not only in its exterior appearance but also in its technical infrastructure.

The first floor is almost roofed

A major milestone has been reached: the majority of the ground floor walls and the ceiling above them have been successfully poured. Work has already begun on the first floor—the first walls are taking shape, and all necessary materials are on-site. The weather is also currently playing along, supporting our rapid construction progress. With every step, the new hotel is visibly rising.

The concrete walls in the basement are now fully complete – another major milestone in the structural shell construction.
At the same time, formwork has begun above the ground floor. The precast concrete stairs between the basement and ground floor have also been successfully installed, now visibly connecting the two levels.
Waterproofing in the basement is largely finished, allowing the building to continue rising on schedule.

The concrete walls in the basement are now fully complete – another major milestone in the structural shell construction. At the same time, formwork has begun above the ground floor. The precast concrete stairs between the basement and ground floor have also been successfully installed, now visibly connecting the two levels. Waterproofing in the basement is largely finished, allowing the building to continue rising on schedule.

Our model room is now fully furnished—exactly as we envisioned it. The materials, colors, and details come together harmoniously, offering a first glimpse of the future hotel experience. Now, furniture production can begin, and the concept can be implemented throughout the hotel, step by step. We are excited about everything to come and look forward to the next milestones!

Our model room is now fully furnished—exactly as we envisioned it. The materials, colors, and details come together harmoniously, offering a first glimpse of the future hotel experience. Now, furniture production can begin, and the concept can be implemented throughout the hotel, step by step. We are excited about everything to come and look forward to the next milestones!

Things are moving fast on our construction site: the piling work is complete, with nearly 50 piles now in place. Two cranes have been set up, and we are making visible progress on the ground floor as well—the first concrete wall has already been poured. The remaining concrete walls are currently being shuttered and will follow later this December.

WE ARE MAKING PROGRESS

Things are moving fast on our construction site: the piling work is complete, with nearly 50 piles now in place. Two cranes have been set up, and we are making visible progress on the ground floor as well—the first concrete wall has already been poured. The remaining concrete walls are currently being shuttered and will follow later this December.

Demolition is complete and the site is ready for the next steps. With the first pile drilling beneath the floor slab, the construction phase has officially begun, and everything is being prepared for the foundation of Hotel 6000.
