With us, you decide how your stay begins. Either online with a digital room key sent straight to your smartphone, or in person at our check-in kiosk.

Online Check-in

A few days before your arrival, you will receive an invitation to check in online via email. Enter your details conveniently from home or on the go and complete the check-in process before you even arrive. You will receive your digital room key directly on your smartphone, allowing you to skip the wait and head straight to your room.

On-site check-in

Prefer to check in when you arrive? No problem. Simply use our check-in kiosk in the lobby to get your digital room key sent to your smartphone or pick up a traditional key card. If you need any assistance or would prefer a personal touch, our hosts in the lobby are happy to help.

Checkout

You decide how you want to check out on your departure day, too. Complete your check-out conveniently online or at the self-service kiosk on-site. If you would like to enjoy Lucerne a little longer, you can store your luggage in the self-service lockers. This way, you can relax and make the most of your stay right up to the very last minute.
